I love to bake bread! Some of my favorites include a New York bagel, thick and chewy, just begging for some cream cheese. For lunch, nothing beats a slice of rustic Italian bread, perfect with any meal. If you work with sourdough, the sourdough focaccia is also a must try as is the Tartine bread, the famous recipe by Chad Robertson. And of course, my favorite Philly pretzels hold a special place in my heart (with spicy mustard of course)!
