We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission is 100% secure.

a. European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may also withdraw consent or object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

b. California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  • Request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used or shared.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Opt out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information (as defined by law). Raptive’s CMP manages this function through its “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link shown to eligible users.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

c. Nevada (SB220)

Nevada residents may request that we not sell their personal information by emailing marie@feelingfoodish.com. We do not currently sell personal information for monetary value.


9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us for deletion.


10. Sensitive Information

Please do not submit sensitive personal data (such as social security numbers or health information) through the Site. If you choose to share such data, it will be processed as ordinary user content under this Policy.


11. Do-Not-Track Signals

Because no uniform standard exists for DNT requests, the Site does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.
