All arbitration shall occur in or near Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The AAA Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection apply.
If multiple individual arbitration demands are filed raising substantially similar claims, the parties agree that the AAA Mass Arbitration Rules and capped fee schedule govern regardless of the number of filings. Arbitration shall be on an individual basis only—class, collective, or representative proceedings are not permitted.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this clause. Any court of competent jurisdiction may compel arbitration and enforce any award.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without Company’s written consent.
