Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado chopped
  • 3 cups small tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt (or to taste)
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine tomato, avocado, and cucumber in medium sized bowl
  • Toss mixture with lemon juice and olive oil
  • Season with salt and pepper
