A creamy artichoke dip with a hint of lemon and garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese , (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 chopped artichokes (I used frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. If using frozen artichokes, boil the artichokes until warmed and then cool and chop
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Serve with chips (vegetable chips shown) or crudites
