creamy artichoke dip
A creamy artichoke dip with a hint of lemon and garlic

- 1 package of cream cheese , (8 oz)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 chopped artichokes (I used frozen)
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
If using frozen artichokes, boil the artichokes until warmed and then cool and chop
Combine all ingredients
Serve with chips (vegetable chips shown) or crudites
