creamy artichoke dip

A creamy artichoke dip with a hint of lemon and garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese , (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 chopped artichokes (I used frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • If using frozen artichokes, boil the artichokes until warmed and then cool and chop
  • Combine all ingredients
  • Serve with chips (vegetable chips shown) or crudites
