  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  1. Place cucumbers into a large bowl
  2. Combine the salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl and pour over the cucumbers
  3. Top with sesame seeds
  4. Let salad sit in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
