arugula salad
Arugula salad
Serves: 2
  • arugula salad greens, washed and dried (I buy it precut/rinsed)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • parmesan cheese for topping
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. arrange salad on plate
  2. top with lemon juice and oil
  3. using a vegetable peeler, shave parmesan cheese on top
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
